Booking Policy

Book your class in 24 hours before the class starts.

If you are unable to attend your booked class, we kindly ask you reschedule or cancel 6 hours prior to the commencement of the session. If you do not cancel before the cancellation window, you will be charged for your session, unless deemed medically unfit or an emergency.
